I get a message that states “Net Congestion Rebuffering”.

When the Internet is experiencing a high degree of traffic, it can become congested and you will receive this message.

You will also receive this message at times when the streaming media server is very busy due to high levels of activity.

Usually, it only takes a moment to rebuffer and then the presentation will resume. If you find that the player is taking too long to start up again or it times out, you may want to view the presentation at a later time.
