How to view the preliminary prospectus or offering memorandum

The preliminary prospectus or offering memorandum is available to review at any time during a NetRoadshow webcast viewing session. To view the document click the Preliminary Prospectus or Offering Memorandum button prior to, after, or when viewing a webcast. You may also choose Prospectus upon arriving to the Media Options page. The document is available in Adobe PDF format. You will need to have downloaded and installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your computer in order to view the PDF file. Instructions on how to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader follow.

Downloading and Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader
To view the preliminary prospectus or offering memorandum, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which is free of charge from Adobe’s Web site. Go directly to the page where the reader can be downloaded as listed below. Follow the steps provided to download.

Note: You only need to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader one time.

Adobe Acrobat Reader –

Once you have arrived at the download page, you will be able to freely download the Adobe Acrobat Reader installation program. When asked if you want to open the file or save it to disk, choose “save this program to disk” and save the file onto your hard drive. Remember to make a note of the name of the file (ar32e301.exe) and where you are saving it on your computer, as you will need to find and run this program in order to install the reader once it has downloaded .

To install the Adobe Acrobat Reader, simply locate the file you downloaded. The simplest way to locate a file is described below:

Click on the Start button, usually located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Move the arrow (cursor) over Find and click on Files or Folders…. Under the Name & Location tab enter the name of the file (ar32e301.exe) in the box titled Named:. Drive (C:) should be the drive you Look in:. If (C:) is not listed, use the drop down arrow to locate it. Make sure there is a check mark in the box located beside Include subfolders. If there is no check mark, simply click inside the little white box to make the check mark appear. Once everything is setup as it should be, click on Find now. The program will then search for the file. Once found, the file will appear near the bottom of the Find window.

Once you have located the file, double click on it to run the program. You will be guided through the installation process. When this process is completed, the reader will be installed on your computer and you will be able to view the preliminary prospectus or offering memorandum in the PDF format.

Note: You should close your Internet browser while installing the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
(To close the Internet browser simply click on the “X” located in the upper right hand corner of the browser’s window.)
